Right of Way Maintenance

A right-of-way (ROW) is a legal easement or fee granted over land for transportation and utility purposes. This allows local and state governments to construct and maintain roads, sidewalks, and stormwater systems for the movement of people and vehicles. Utility companies can also use ROWs to install and maintain their infrastructure, such as gas, electric, water, sewer, cable, and fiber optic.
